Manage your deliverables the way you think about them. Model your organization, your goals, and the way you deliver them. Whether you track OKRs, Increments (SAFe), Releases, or whatever you call your goals, you can track them in Hakkiri without breaking a sweat.

Deliverables

Deliverables let you group Roadmap Items or unlinked Epics (i.e. Epics not planned into a roadmap item) together for tracking. Once created Hakkiri will automatically track all the progress taking place against all the associated work. Teams do not need to modify their workflows in any way.

Deliverable Details

Deliverables can be associated to have tags and start and target dates set on them. They can be used to manage release vehicles. They are compatible with all popular Agile frameworks and methodologies, including SAFe, Less, and Scrum of Scrums.

Managing Deliverables

With deliverables, you have complete flexibility for tracking work. You can put Roadmap Items or unlinked Epics into as many different Deliverables as you choose. We understand that even for similar bodies of work, you may need to report to multiple stakeholders who want slightly differing views.

Configuring Deliverable Types

In Setup > Deliverable Types, you can manage Deliverable Types. They can be created, renamed, or deleted. They can only be deleted if there are no Deliverables of that type created.
